This fall, the Paul W. Zuccaire Gallery is proud to present the FACULTY EXHIBITION 2018. Featuring new work by Stony Brook University’s acclaimed Art Department studio art faculty, the 2018 FACULTY EXHIBITION includes painting, sculpture, drawing, printmaking, photography, video installation and digital media. The artists engage a broad range of media, crossing boundaries in creative, challenging and and engaging ways.
The FACULTY EXHIBITION showcases the work of internationally renowned faculty artists Isak Berbic, Toby Buonagurio, Stephanie Dinkins, Martin Levine, Nobuho Nagasawa, Ian Alan Paul, Howardena Pindell, Lorena Salcedo-Watson and Maya Schindler, as well as adjunct faculty artists.
The exhibition is accompanied by a catalog with an introductory essay by Art Department chairperson Amy Cook and color illustrations of works by each of the participating artists.
The FACULTY EXHIBITION 2018 and the 2018-2019 Paul W. Zuccaire Gallery schedule is made possible by a generous grant from the Paul W. Zuccaire Foundation. Additional funding is provided by the County of Suffolk and the Friends of Staller Center.
