The Pisconti Lab celebrates their new NIH funding!

 

Congratulations to Dr. Dada Pisconti, an Associate Professor in the Department of Biochemistry and Cell Biology at Stony Brook University, for receiving a new grant from the National Institutes of Health! This R01 award from the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases will support research in Dr. Pisconti's lab to understand the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying remodeling of the muscle stem cell niche during injury-induced regeneration. This award provides $1,724,70 over 5 years to support Dr. Pisconti's research. Dr. Pisconti is now searching for a new postdoctoral associate to join her lab for these projects. Click here to apply.
