During the pandemic, our commitment to provide the best of our support to you remains strong.  To better provide consistent and efficient service as well as to reflect the equipment occupancy and the time that staff dedicate, we have made some changes on cryo-EM imaging, effective from 12/1/2020.  The equipment preparation time will be billed in addition to the imaging time.  The equipment bakeout time remains not billed.  To make equipment schedule more efficient, the cryo-EM imaging will be scheduled such that the bakeout time is during the out of office hours.
