**Students who do not live or work in NY and are matriculated in one of our fully online master's programs – Higher Education, Human Resource Management and Liberal Studies – may be eligible for this special rate. Please refer to the guidelines for out-of-state students in fully online programs before applying.

Financing Your Education

Matriculated Students

Financing for master’s degree and certificate programs may be available through awardsscholarshipsloans (federal and private), employer reimbursement programs, student employment, veteran’s programs and time-option payment plans offered through the University. The Student Financial  Aid and Scholarship Services website explains which options are available under "Types of Aid" on its website. Please read the material and contact the staff for further clarification. 

Non-Matriculated Students

Generally, students not enrolled in a degree-granting program are not eligible for federal or state aid. Please refer to the Student Financial Aid and Scholarship Services website for guidance. 

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT FEES AND HOUSING & INSURANCE INFORMATION
