Read the September 19, 2017 Op-Ed in VOX by HISB Advisory Board member Crystal M. Fleming, Associate Professor in Sociology at SBU and Harvard alumni. The op-ed, entitled, “Harvard has shown its commitment to diversity was always a farce,” is in response to Michelle Jones' acceptance--then rejection--from her alma mater, and of the news of the school rescinding Chelsea Manning's visiting fellowship.
