Location

The 13th International Conference on Engines for Vehicles will be held in Port Jefferson, NY, which is located 60 miles east of New York City. Danfords Hotel & Marina will be the conference venue, at the village of Port Jefferson.

Danfords Hotel & Marina will provide all of its 80 rooms to the conference participants, which will be reserved on a first-come first-serve basis. Guests need to register by March 10th, 5:00pm. After this date, regular room rates will apply. Overflow rooms will be available at the Hilton Garden Inn located on the Stony Brook campus.

Travel

Transportation from JFK and LaGuardia will be provided according to fight arrivals. Return transportation is not included in the registration, and guests are encouraged to contact Kathleen Ferrell (kathleen.ferrell@stonybrook.edu) to make appropriate arrangements. Participants that wish to arrive earlier, and would need a room reservation for Saturday night, can coordinate with the organizing committee to ensure proper accommodation. Participants would be responsible for one night's additional cost, and for their own transportation to Port Jefferson.
