Join the Stony Brook Latinx community in a communal crafting session! The event's goal is to encourage local members of the Stony Brook Latinx community to discuss topics like diaspora, race, and gender through creative expression. Participants are encouraged to bring photographs, magazines, toys, and other material from their girlhood that they feel speaks to their identity. They will then transform those objects into art through paint, clay, glue, and other art supplies.
