If you are a high school student who will complete your junior year in June and your grade point average is 85 or higher, you may enroll in selected introductory (100-level) summer courses as a visiting Summer Sessions student.

Steps to Enroll - Summer 2024
- Make your course selection and credits.
- Complete our Summer Session Application. If appling for a specific program please check with the program's coordinator to see if they have a separate application process.
- Allow (3-5) business days for processing. You will be sent a Stony Brook ID Number and registration instructions.
- If you are under 18 years of age, submit the Financial Responsibility and Parental Consent Form to Stony Brook's Office of Student Accounts by mail, fax, e-mail. This form must be submitted before the first day of classes.
- When you have completed your course work, you can order an official transcript.
