Analytical Capabilities & Services
The Center for Clean Water Technology (CCWT) has developed an extensive and unique suite of core analytical capabilities that are being used to advance understanding of contaminant fate and transport in the natural and built environments. The CCWT Analytical Facility at Stony Brook University is home to shared environmental analytical instrumentation and sample processing laboratories. The goal of the facility is to provide access to instrumentation and analyses to SBU students, faculty, and staff and to provide analytical services for external organizations.
The table below outlines analytical services currently provided by the Center. To inquire about pricing for research purposes please contact ccwt@stonybrook.edu. Samples are only accepted after consultation and agreement with the Center's analytical lab staff. Turnaround time may vary. Official quotes can be provided as requested. Results are sent out electronically after analysis has been completed followed by invoices with instruction for payment. Investigators and collaborators who make use of the Center's analytical lab are asked to acknowledge our assistance in any publications and grant applications.
