The Office of Mobility & Parking Services coordinates parking needs for all Stony Brook special events. If you are planning an event on campus, where you will require guest or event parking, please submit a Special Event Parking Request Form (linked below) to get started.

VALIDATIONS AND DEPARTMENT PASSES

HOSPITAL GARAGE PARKING VALIDATIONS

Departments can purchase these validations and issue them to their guests. Please note, guests must also keep their garage entrance tickets in order for the validation to be accepted. To exit the garage, guests should first insert their entry ticket and then once accepted, enter the validation ticket. ($10/validation)

UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATION GARAGE VALIDATIONS

Departments can order sheets of validation stickers (10 per sheet) and issue them to their guests. Please note, guests must also keep their garage entrance tickets in order for the validation to be accepted. Validations can only be accepted at the cashier booth. ($50/sheet)

NEW/RENEWED DEPARTMENTAL PARKING PASSES (CARDS)

Departments can purchase monthly parking access passes (cards) based on space availability. ($20.92/month)
